About Company
RAL-Life is a fast growing integrated pharmaceutical company which commenced its commercial production in 1991 and has increased in both size and stature to become one of the country’s largest producers of the Sterile API’s (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). Besides being the first company in India to produce Ampicillin Sodium Sterile, RAL-Life also pioneered the manufacturing of Sterile Anti-Ulcer drugs namely Omeprazole Sodium Sterile and Pantaprazole Sodium Sterile for which it has won worldwide acceptance.
Facilities
The company has three separate dedicated blocks for Lyophilisation and Crystalline facility for manufacturing sterile API’s and Finished Products,
Site 1 :
WHO GMP Approved dedicated facility for Sterile Penicillin’s, Sterile Cephalosporin’s for ROW markets.
Site 2 :
ANVISA, WHO GMP and Mexican approved facility for Sterile Lyophilized API’s, General Lyophilized Finished Dosage Form (Vials) ready for EU-GMP/MHRA approval.
Site 3 :
STERILE PENEM FACILITY complying to US-FDA & EU GMP.
Site 4 :
Oral API Facility for Carbapenem and Other Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).

Global Presence
The Company has a well established clientele in India as well as several other countries like Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Egypt, Turkey etc.. The company now has five Lyophilizers and Crystalline Plant to manufacture Sterile APIs. Currently these are the only 2 technologies available in the international market which are required to manufacture sterile bulk drugs and the Company has implemented both the technologies at its plant located at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (India).

Analytical R & D
We, have a state of art Formulation & Development facility, designed for developing innovative research techniques and unique therapeutic approaches for developing finished dosage forms in vials & Sterile Bulk APIs.
Forced Degradation Study
Forced degradation studies integral part of analytical method, in order to establish stability indicating behavior of methods and product characteristics.
Method Validation
Method validations are carried out as per ICH and followed regulatory guidelines. Good documentation practices are followed throughout the process.
Method Transfer
Analytical methods are transferred to receiving unit through a protocol bound study in accordance with regulatory requirements.
STABILITY STUDIES
To enhance the quality of product at R&D scale Stability studies are conducted as per ICH Guidelines.
